Dual training in Industrial Design and Product Development Engineering, work in the machine tool sector and rowing. Three traditionally male-dominated activities that I started at the same time. Three projects in which I have been able to develop, and in which I have never felt neglected. Areas in which steps are being taken to increase the presence of women.

Because at work, as in rowing, we all follow the same path and row in the same direction, and that´s what I like the most in my job.

I came to Soraluce when I was working on the new photogrammetry measuring system "V-SET" at Ideko. Already then I was working together with different Danobatgroup companies on several projects, and because of working so closely with these companies I realised that I wanted to go further, I wanted to bring that research and the developments I was doing closer to the customer and the market.

Thanks to the internal mobility of Danobatgroup I was able to move from Ideko to Soraluce to pursue my career in the area I liked most in this company and I also found stability by becoming a member of this cooperative.

Moving to another country means being exposed to a new culture and facing new realities. A new scenario and new habits that nourish and strengthen you. There will be a great many ways to enjoy your time if you go for this adventure, and you will live new experiences, acquire new knowledge, broaden your view and see the world from a different perspective.

I started at the headquarters in Elgoibar and my career brought me to Herborn, in Germany, an opportunity for growth that I have taken full advantage of surrounded by this family with no frontiers, Danobat.

When I decided to start a family, I had my doubts whether I would be able to juggle it all.

By doing half-time and flexi-time working hours, I am able to meet my professional challenges and to take care of and enjoy my young children.
