DANOBATGROUP persists in its pursuit for talent

  • The business group will have a prominent presence at the Gipuzkoa Talent Forum , which will take place on 27 December.

  • The purpose of the forum is to make the public aware of the job opportunities offered by companies from Gipuzkoa.

The latest studies by economists and experts in labour market analysis agree on one significant fact: the vast majority of the professions of the future do not exist at present. Some reports even raise that figure to 85% by 2030. This process of change unfolds in the heat of the digital technology revolution and as a result there is strong demand for new professional profiles which were not even envisaged a few years ago. 

In this framework of transformation, the need to attract highly qualified, dynamic, versatile talent willing to constantly learn is one of DANOBATGROUP´s priorities.

As part of its commitment to the recruitment, retention and training of professionals, the Basque industrial group will participate on 27 December in the second edition of the Gipuzkoa Talent Forum, an event promoted by the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa, at which more than 150 professionals are expected that currently work abroad and wish to learn about the opportunities offered in this region.

DANOBATGROUP, with headquarters in Elgoibar, will speak at this forum about the job opportunities in a group formed by renowned companies such as DANOBAT and SORALUCE, with a total staff of 1300 professionals and a strong international presence.

The Gipuzkoa Talent Forum 2017 will start at 9:30 am in the Central Building of the Science and Technology Park of Gipuzkoa in San Sebastián and aims to be a meeting point of professional talent and the private sector.
