Committed to promoting innovative ideas and nurturing talent in STEAM fields from an early age, the industrial group Danobatgroup has actively participated in the 15th edition of the First Lego League (FLL) EUSKADI-MONDRAGON competition, an initiative organized by the Mondragon Corporation together with the University of Mondragon  and Innobasque.

Specifically, Danobatgroup sponsored the 2nd Award for Innovation, presented this Saturday, March 2, by the president of the group, Andres Mazkiaran, to the team BeraBrick, from BeraKruz Ikastola.

Through this award we aim to highlight the innovative potential and creativity of the young participants in the FLL Euskadi-MONDRAGON competition. This initiative reinforces our ongoing commitment to the development and management of talent, recognising the pivotal role played by the new generations in shaping the business fabric of the future and addressing the upcoming challenges of the industry", highlights Andres Mazkiaran.

The award presentation took place during the final of the FLL Euskadi-MONDRAGON competition, held on March 1 and 2 at the sports centre of the Iturripe Campus of the Polytechnic School of Mondragon.

The objective of the competition, which is held in various places in Spain and in more than 100 countries, is to spark interest in science and technology among students aged 6 to 16, using the dynamic and engaging tool of Lego pieces.

As part of the recognition for the winning initiative, the members of the winning groups will have the opportunity to validate their success in the state competition, organised by the association Ingeniera Soy on March 16 in Alicante.Danobatgroup's support for the FLL Euskadi-MONDRAGON competition is part of a series of initiatives that underline its ongoing commitment to the development of young talent and the promotion of scientific and technological careers.
