DANOBATGROUP India to exhibit at IMTEX 2013 from 24 to 31 January in Bangalore

DANOBATGROUP will exhibit the latest developments and technologies of its two product brands, DANOBAT and SORALUCE, at the 16th Indian Metal-cutting Machine Tool Exhibition - IMTEX 2013. DANOBATGROUP will showcase in Hall 2A/stand C101 the new development SORALUCE KB-150-W horizontal boring machine and a large model DANOBAT VTC RAM. Detailed information of other products such as band saw machines, plasma 3D, boring-milling machines, equipment for the railway industry, drilling units, grinding, punching, automatic bending, lathes and laser cutting machines will be also provided in the stand. The new SORALUCE KB-150-W range is the T shape boring machine for efficient multi-face machining of large sized workpieces weighing up to 20000 Kg. The T type configuration guarantees high rigidity of the machine and optimum machining efficiency. The machine undergoes specific reliability and precision testing, pursuant to the demanding SORALUCE standards. The highly rigid structure and boring spindle design, using the latest technologies for thermal stability, ensure long term machine precision. The machine has been developed using the finite elements method and tested for maximum rigidity to reduce vibration problems to a minimum. Its heavy duty design and high dynamics provides optimum power and cutting speed capacity.
